  7. Around 70% of workers are worker-members

  8. Worker-member: Distinctive type of labour relations

  9. Different national situations:

  10. 1 Sectoral relations with trade unions are part of an institutionalized and formal social dialogue at the cooperative intersectoral level

  11. 2 Sectoral cooperative organisations are members of the official national employer organisations

  12. 3 Relations with the trade unions are frequent and focus on specific policy issues but no part in official social dialogue

  13. 4 No involvement in social dialogue
