STEP 1 : On your Internet Explorer type www.samsungsmartpartner.com and login with your FOS ID (ID) & Password (PW) and Press Login button below it, as highlighted Please note to login on www.samsungsmartpartner.com •Login ID: <your FOS ID> •Password (PW):gmcsindia2009 (your first time password) Incase you have any issue in logging, please contact GMCS Support Helpline at 1800 103 1727

  3. STEP 2: Next, click on ‘Champions Club’ button as highlighted

  4. STEP 3 : On this page you need to click on under Champions club section on left panel as highlighted Rewards Catalogue

  5. STEP 4 : On this page you need to click on Rewards redemption on the top navigation bar as highlighted for redemption

  6. STEP 5: On the rewards redemption page you can see all the rewards available. Select the rewards which you wish to redeem under your available points and click on Redeem as highlighted

  7. STEP 6: Next you will see the ‘Shopping Cart’ page where you can see the summary of the rewards redeemed. If you wish to redeem more rewards, click on ‘continue redeeming’ or you can click on Checkout to place your order

  8. STEP 7 : When you click ‘Checkout’, you will be prompted to confirm your rewards. To redeem, click on OK button to confirm.

  9. Step 8: On this page you would see summary of your rewards redeemed, your Order ID and shipping address of your SRD registered with us . Note: Please take the printout of your Order ID Page as in 'Step 8' and keep handy with you for delivery of the rewards. This printout along with your Photo-ID proof is required at the time for the delivery of the reward.

  10. Go ahead and Redeem your Reward THANK YOU
