  6. Autoritet për shqiptimin e masave disiplinore për shkelje te renda është Drejtori I Përgjithshëm I Policisë se Kosovës . • Ministri I Punëve te Brendshme si nivel I par për masa disiplinore ndaj stafit te lart ekzekutiv dhe nivel I dyte për ankesat ndaj masave disiplinore.
