  6. What are the challenges? Not everyone completes it! • Explain why it matters – Shaping the Future • Be clear about security • Support for those who need it

  7. What does it mean for Merton? • Low response rate in 2001 • Key groups at risk of being missed: • BME communities • Transitional populations • Students
