  4. Aims & Objectives • Aim: • To Review Club and County Coaching and Games Development and put a Plan in Place for Children and Youth • Objective • Assess the Current Situation in Clubs and County • Create a Shared Vision for success in Scotland • Identify and solve the critical challenges

  5. A Coaching and Games Development Plan A Working Action Document Which: • Provides a blueprint for the future direction & development of the Club and County • A framework containing Goals and Time scales • Plan that is owed by the members • That is Implementable & Reviewed
