  5. Advice from CEOP • The key lesson for children & young people is do not engage strangers online, however old you think they are - Full stop. • No computers or electronic devices in bedrooms.

  6. Future Challenges facing us: • 4G – parental controls • Constant change • Apps • Sexting + image security • Cyber bullying

  7. What are we doing? • E-safety curriculum • Engaging parents wherever possible with regards to e-safety • Advice, Guidance & Support • SHARP Reporting System

  9. What can you do? • Know how to report concerns • Engage your children about e-safety • Educate yourselves - Read websites, advice & guidance on e-safety • Discuss with your children how they are using new technologies • Monitor their internet use and networking
