How CWSP Works Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Student-workers are put into JOB-SHARING teams and their academic schedules are modified so that four students job share a full-time entry level job without missing class. (5 days/week; Monday-Friday; 8 hours; Late August to mid-June) Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 Week 4

Kasondra Drake, Class of 2008 All data sourced from National Student Clearinghouse Kasondra will graduate from Baldwin-Wallace in May. Sociology Major, Gender studies Minor. Kasondra wants to work at a Nonprofit organization in Cleveland that focuses on assisting women and children.

Economic Impact of a Saint Martin Graduate Annual Earnings Potential non-high school graduates high school graduates no college degree College graduates Source: America’s Promise Alliance A Saint Martin student is far more likely to graduate from college and make $2.4 million during their working career. If they had not received the college preparation they receive from Saint Martin, their earning potential may have been reduced by half or worse.

  16. Lives Being Transformed. Christian Bell, Class of 2008 “Saint Martin gave me the opportunity to not only be a part of a family but to attend a school when I did not have the necessary resources to do so....Growing up in the city of Cleveland, I never thought something like this could be possible. Saint Martin has changed my life forever.” Christian is graduating from Morehouse College with a double major in Political Science and Religion. Christian has applied to the Harvard Divinity School and hopes to directly enroll in Fall 2012.
