Fidel Tukel is widely known and respected in the boxing community in Sydney, Australia for his long career as a boxing promoter, trainer, and manager. He has helped many boxers find success in the ring, including Lawrence Tuaasa, who won the 2000 King’s Cup gold medal and is the former number three World Boxing Organization Cruiserweight class boxer, among many others.

He organized his first boxing match in April of 2008 and has organized over twenty-five such events since. One of his accomplishments for boxing fans in Australia the first free-to-air boxing event in Australia in over twenty years on ONE HD, when he promoted four fights in four weeks. Fidel Tukel has been a prolific boxing promoter since his 2008 in Australia. He has promoted eight Foxsports Pay TV fight nights, co-promoted two Main Event pay-per-view fight nights with Danny Green,

He worked with former International Boxing Organization Super Featherweight Champion Will Tomlinson and has helped set up several big-name fights in Australia in his long career in boxing. He has also been a music promoter since 2006 and now primarily works as a real estate developer in the Sydney area.
