FACTORS THAT CONSTRIBUTED TO THE DELAY • Condition of the site. • Difficulty in mobilization considering the simultaneous • work going on in the same area (house construction • and site development) • Lack of power supply. • Beneficiaries need to support the financial and material • requirements of their family. • Weather • Suitable site for forms fabrication. • Familiarization with the new technology.

  9. WHAT PROGRESS HAVE WE ACCOMPLISHED AFTER JUNE 18? FIRST CLUSTER CONSISTING OF 14 HOUSES

  10. WE ARE NOW AT THE 2ND FLR

  11. PROGRESS IN THE CONSTRUCTION FROM JUNE 18, TO JULY 18, 2012: • Concrete slab for the model unit. • Completion of 2nd floor tie beam. • Additional Panel. • Completion of ground floor for the 14 units.

  12. Program of works: • JULY • 3rd week-finish the wall partition for the 2nd floor of the first row. • 4th week-finish the walls of the 2nd row. • AUGUST • 1st week-put the c-parlenes and possibly the long span color roof. • 2nd week-fabrication and installation of doors and windows. • 3rd week-installing the kitchen zink and labatory and other finishing works. • Aug.24-BUILD DAY. (PAINTING)
