Context • MSDIWG is a working group of HSSC • MSDIWG5 met in USA in February 2014 • IRCC4/22 - request MSDIWG to develop training • Task IRCC5/11 - development of MSDI (?) • RHC standing agenda item (?) • IHO vision to promote wider use of hydrography ‘Hydrography – much more than just nautical charts’
