Unique learning for all For the past two years Fingerprint Learning has been delivering their BrainFit Workshops to community groups and Housing Associations across the Province. Integral to these has been our BrainFit Plan – providing participants with individualised learning plans and providing them with a road map for learning for the years ahead.
Unique learning for all • Whilst these have been very well received, they have identified a number of gaps which FPL now seeks to fill: • For the well elderly, the lack of easy access to the internet depriving them of a wealth of stimulating, creative and learning activity. • For those in residential care, the absence of technology as a means of providing meaningful physical and cognitive stimulation
Fingerprint Learning now addresses both of these issues with the introduction of ‘iN2L’ (It’s Never Too Late) touch screen technology.
This state-of-the-art system combines touch screen computers with intuitive, picture-based software and an extensive, continually updated content library.

With the use of touch screen technology combined with tailored layout and content, care home residents, staff and relatives can engage in a wide spectrum of meaningful, therapeutic, entertaining and fun activities – for example:
Connection with Family and Friends: iN2L provides simple e-mail and video telephone calls. Talk to, and see grandchildren and old friends.
My Story: iN2L helps bring words and photos together to tell each resident’s personal story. My Story provides a snapshot of each resident so your staff can provide the best possible care. Family members can access and add content remotely
Therapy and fitness: Ride a bike on scenic routes, fly an airplane, solve puzzles, participate in Sit and Be Fit™ and more.
Mental stimulation: Hundreds of activities like trivia quizzes, games, and puzzles in iN2L are designed to be entertaining and help exercise the mind. iN2L also includes noted brain fitness programmes like Happy Neuron™.
Entertainment: Do your residents enjoy playing cards? Perhaps they like history, travel, movies, classic television, art, music… the iN2L library is extensive.
Spiritual Support: Sermons, hymns and inspirational videos are just a few of the options iN2L offers to supplement the spiritual life.
