The approaches on IR integration • Uniform model use of IR description • Creation and conducting a wide complex of metadata objects (information about IR, organizations, experts, formats, software, other) • Development and conducting the Uniform dictionary of parameters • Using manydimension of the approach on creation of a database (creation of three types of subschemes: casual data, time series, grid data) • Creation and storage of electronic copies of the documents and images as file system with the DB catalogue

Management diverse andheterogeneous IR • Unique identification of IR and instance sources • Uniform access to all IR and use of specific search attributes for the different forms of representation of the information (textual, digital, graphic, spatial), types data (observation, analyses, forecasts, climatic) • Use of several methods of access depending on specificity of a source data (HTML page, ftp - files, database, applications)

Technological aspects • The removed input of IR descriptions and their instance, metadata in DIRS ESIMO is provided • On the basis of IR descriptions is carried out access to IR and its instants (time series, field, station, other) • IR Search is carried out on classification (sphere, process, parameters), geographical area, the organizations – IR author • Are created personalised pages - AWP for the separate users various thematic fields • Monitoring of visitings and also management of registration and access to IR at the expense of services Web-portal ESIMO administrative

Tools of realization • Multicomponent, crossplatformssoftware complex including a ruler of tools: - Web server Apache, -Applicationsserver JBOSS, - DB server Oracle 9i - GIS Mapserver - GIS ArcInfo for preparation of thematic maps, other. • The user interface is realized on the basis of J2EE technology • Widely are applied Java – classes as prototype web services

ESIMOAWP • The data sources for DIRS are virtually segmented (IR profile) are created for various attributes (data type, geographical area, parameters, organizations) • Users AWP of various configuration are generated depending on the requirements, and also to transfer access to profile in the removed applications, prospects of transition to system of the distributed data processing are created • Three types of IR generation for AWP (subscription on IR, generation IR for one menu, generation IR under any structure of the menu) are developed

The basic tasks of integration technology development • System creation combining in distributed IR, computing resources both distributed applications of processing and data representation • Essential increase of completeness of IR description and metadata bases • Development service – oriented arhitecture and creation of the virtual data centre • Complex information maintenance of sea activity on the basis of the requirements of sea national policy stated in the marine doctrine of Russia till 2020 on a basis AWP • Development of the technological flows scheme of the information from observation to decision support

Conlusion • Technology of IR integration on sea activity and marine data is created • In DIRS ESIMO alongside with hydrometeorology are submitted IR on other aspects of conditions at World ocean - bioresource, geology - geophysics, bathymetry, lows,socio economic information • The first stage of DIRS ESIMO is developed, she include current, forcasting and climatic information; digital, graphic, textual, spatial forms • IR become accessible to the user at any moment, in any point of a finding of the user, on any area
