Every one of us, at some point, has met this awkward situation where we feel embarrassed because of not being in shape. I will not blame you if you tell me that you are taken by city’s fast paced lifestyle. Long working hours, endless traffic queues, high calorie junk food, and sleep deprivation are very common these days; off course you need to win bread for your family. We know that after a long and exhausting working day, TV and couch seems more inviting. But believe me, just throw out your laziness and go to gym for at least twice a week, and you will be proud of yourselves. You may still have thousands of reasons supporting your inability to hit the gym, to which we’ll say why you don’t get some cheap gym equipment to your home, like cardio exercise equipment or Upper Body ergometers. What? Low on budget? Then what do you think about getting yourself a cheap exercise bike? Your body might feel heavy, and ache after you exercise and it may neither feel great during the workout; but you need to exercise regularly not only to keep yourself in shape, but it helps your muscles to from getting flabby and weak, keeps obesity in check, strengthens your bones, heart, all your vital organs and prevents you from illness in the long run. Don’t you want that cute chick / handsome hunk next door to start noticing you? Sadly in today’s materialistic world, we are judged more on our outward appearances. So what are you waiting for, get yourself a home fitness gym and start exercising.
