Event Objectives • The ultimate goal is to implement an innovative event that will bring the employees together. • The aim and objective of the day is to allow all levels of employees and generations to meet and work together to build teambuilding skills, and relationships. • GWU Team 7 Creations will provide Wizmo, Inc employees a sense of involvement and confidence about the merger after the conclusion of the event.

Purpose of Event • To provide Wizmo, Inc employees a sense of involvement confidence about the merger. • To allow all levels of employees and generations to meet and work together to build teambuilding skills and practices. • To increase overall employee satisfaction with the event, ultimately leading to the improvement of productivity and effectiveness. • To have a successful event and as a result make this an annual event.

Event Summary • Event Name: The Past, Present and Future of Wizmo, Inc. • When: July 8, 2012 • Where: Washington, D.C. and Arlington, VA. • Theme: Scavenger Hunt and Awards Luncheon • Time : 8:00am – 5:30pm • Event Participants - 300 Wizmo, Inc employees Washington DC Exploration Day

GWU Team 7 Creations Presents Scavenger Hunt Activities Natural History Museum Natural History Museum A Novel Experience– A surprise scavenger hunt is a novel experience for the employees to participate in. A Chance to See Something Unique– Conducting the scavenger hunt in the Smithsonian Museums is a chance for the employees to see something unique. The Opportunity to Meet Others– Working as randomly selected teams will give the employees the opportunity to meet new people within the company and share their experiences. A Learning Experience– Hunting for clues in the Smithsonian Museums will give the employees the opportunity to learn something new about the museums and each other. American History Past – Explore Ancient….Understand Wizmo, Inc Past Past – Explore Ancient….Understand Wizmo, Inc Past Air and Space Museum Air and Space Museum Present– Explore what it means to be an American today…. Embrace the company Wizmo has become! Present– Explore what it means to be an American today…. Embrace the company Wizmo has become!   6. 1:30pm – Awards Ceremony and Luncheon at the new Wizmo, Inc. Warehouse Overview of the Event Schedule 9:30am – Scavenger Hunt Pep Rally at Air and Space Museum IMAX Theatre 4:30pm – Employees depart from Luncheon back to Headquarters in D.C. 8:00am – Employees depart from Wizmo, Inc headquarters in D.C. 10:00am – Scavenger Hunt begins!!!!   7. The Awards Luncheon Celebration Where: New Wizmo, Inc Warehouse, Arlington, VA. Theme: Celebrate Wizmo, Inc with and American style Time: 1:30pm – 4:30pm Let the celebration begin! The purpose of the luncheon is to allow the new management to unveil the new warehouse and new company logo, promote the new merger, communicate the future vision of the company and reward the employees for hard work and dedication.

The Awards Luncheon Plan • Entertainment • The country blue grass band will play throughout lunch in order to increase the merriment had by all • Catering • Old fashion American BBQ buffet • Décor • Themed centerpieces and a variety country style décor will be presented throughout the warehouse • Speakers • CEO and Board Members will take to the stage to present the past, present, and future of Wizmo, Inc. • Awards Ceremony • CEO and Board Members will present awards to all employees and winners of the Scavenger Hunt.

GWU Team 7 Creations Event Design • GWU Team 7 Creations will design the event and ensure the smooth running of all aspects of: • We are committed to giving back to the community by providing a sustainable green event by: • Minimizing the use of print materials • Teaming with vendors to purchase re-usable table covers, serving plates and utensils, etc. • We will ensure recyclable bins are provided for luncheon event; • Donate leftover food to the Arlington Food Organization (AFAC: http://www.afac.org. advertising and marketing safety and security concerns securing venues identifying risks and hazards caterers event staging entertainment evaluations decorations staffing
