  3. To receive the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) • You must have passed all 3 components: • AKT + CSA + WPBA

  6. Planning and Progress Reviews • Regularlydiscussyourprogresswithyour GP EducationalSupervisor • Plan out whatyouneed to do and whenyou plan to do it • You shouldmeetyourClinicalSupervisor at the beginning, middle and end of the placement • CSR and ESR Review 6 monthly • Annual Panels

  7. EXAMS • AKT EXAM • CSA EXAM • The Training Programme isaimed at helpingyouprepare but youalso have to be self-directed • Read everything on the RCGP Website

ADVICE ABOUT THE EPORTFOLIO • It iscriticalthatyou engage with the eportfolio as the panel use thisevidence to assesswhetheryou have attained the competencies and skillsrequired • If youpersistently do not engage with the eportfolioyourEducationalSupervisorwill record yourprogress as unsatisfactory • Persistent poor engagement putsyou in breach of yourcontract of employment
