Simple things you could do… • Give flowers to a neighbour • Offer to help someone with their shopping • Do extra chores without being asked • Buy a coffee for the person behind you in the queue • Let someone go ahead of you in the queue • Sit and listen to an elderly relative • Give someone a hug • Smile at someone – and say hi! • Give a sandwich to a homeless person

  8. Bow your heads In our busy lives, help us to lend a hand, an ear, a smile or a kind word to make somebody else’s life happier - and let us remember that we don’t have to wait until another day to do it. May your faith support you
