Paresis spastic • Penurunan kekuatan yang berkaitan dengan hilangnya gerakan halus • Peningkatan tonus spastic • Reflex propioseptif yang berlebihan dengan atau tanpa klonus • Turun atau hulangnya reflex eksteroseptif (reflleks abdominal, plantar dan cremaster) • Adanya reflex patologi • Tidak ada atrofi otot degenerative • Paralisis flaksid interupsi dari unit motorik Penurunan segala kekuatan • Hipotonia tau atonia dari otot • Hiporeflexia atau areflexia • Atrofi otot Lesi UMN Lesi LMN

Gejala bervariasi tergantung lokasi • Lesikortikal (tumor, hematoma, infark, dll): paresis tanganataulengankontralateral, monoparesis, karenapenjagaanekstrapiramidalis yang hamper total. • Lesikapsulainterna: hemiplegia spastic kontralateral, karenaseratpiramidalisdanekstrapiramidalisdekatsatusama lain • Lesipedunkel: hemiplegia spastic kontralateral, berkaitandenganparalisisipsilateralsarafokulomotorius.

  4. Lesipons: hemiplegiakontralteraldanmungkin bilateral. Adaparalisisipsilateralsarafabdusensatautrigeminus. • Lesipiramida: hemiparesisflaksidkontralateral. Tidakadahemiplegia, karena yang rusakhanyaseratpiramidalis. • Lesiservikal: keterlibatantraktuspiramidalis lateral, hemiplegia spastic ipsilateral, karenatraktuspiramidalissudahmenyilang. Paralisisbersifat spastic karenaseratekstrapiramidalis, yang bercampurjugamengalamikerusakan. • Lesitorakalis: monoplegia spastic ipsilateraldaritungkai. Kerusakan bilateral menyebabkan paraplegia. • Lesi radix anterior: kelumpuhanakibatlesiiniadalahipsilateraldanflaksid, akibatkerusakanmotoneuronbawahatauperifer.
