  2. Pre-operative preparation--Look for other associated congenital anomalies.-- Chest Examination.-- Investigation: Hb ,WBC count.-- Chest X-ray.-- Blood preparation?-- Premedication: Atropine.

  3. Induction of anesthesia-- Inhalational anesthesia.-- Maintenance of airway.-- Visualization of larynx.-- Muscle relaxants?

  4. Maintenance of anesthesia.-- Spontaneous.-- Controlled.Mouth Gag and pack.

  5. Reversal.-- Fully awake.-- Sedation.
