  2. What is it all about? • Web-based software – log in from any computer with internet access • Each student & parent has own account • Program that helps with post secondary planning

  3. Two Ways to Access Naviance 1. Go to the Stillwater Junior High Webpage sjhs.stillwater.k12.mn.us a) from there, click on Guidance Department from the left tool bar b) click on the Naviance link 2. Go directly to the Naviance website www.connection.naviance.com/stillwaterhs

  4. How to Log In Enter the username and password from the sticker on your worksheet

  5. My Profile Click on My Profile

  6. My Profile Con’t. If necessary, click edit to make corrections

  7. IDEAS Chose IDEAS website • Enter username: stillwater • Enter password: ponies

  8. IDEAS Web Site • Click on IDEAS • Take the assessment • Take your time and answer honestly (128 questions)

  9. What Does it Mean? Where did you score the highest? Where did you score the lowest? What careers match your interests? What classes match your interest/future careers?

  11. My Game Plan Con’t. Complete the survey on Career Goals and College Interest

  12. Academic Plan Click on My Academic Plan

  13. My Academic Plan Con’t. • Browse the course catalog to review course options • Choose courses you are currently enrolled in for grade 9 • Edit your 9th grade Planned Courses

  14. My Academic Plan, III 1. Choose courses as appropriate 2. Click on SubmitChanges when complete 3. Fill in Academic Plan for grade 10-12 as required

  15. My Academic Plan, Final • Review Academic Plan and continue to edit as needed • Access from home/school to make changes throughout high school career • Verify that Planned Credits and Credit Gap are accurate
