  1. How to get Light Aircraft Pilots License in UK Dr Nomy is authorised to perform all classes of EASA medicals as an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) to the UK CAA. LAPLs for fixed and rotary wing are frequently  issued SAMEDAY ​ The medical standards for a Light Aircraft Pilots License (LAPL) are DVLA Class 2 or Class 1 with restrictions added by an AME.

  2. The process is easy! • Choose your venue (Leicester or Watford) • Choose your time- we work late nights and Saturdays for your convenience. • If you're not sure then phone our call centre on 0333 404 3232 and they'll assist you or send us an email on info@flyingmedicine.uk​ Book your appointment by calling 0333 404 3232

  3. Please bring the following with you: • A completed form  • A valid driving license • Get a patient summary record from your own doctor ( You can request this directly from your doctor but sometimes it takes 48 hrs to be processed)  • Last medical certificate if applicable • Sign this medical consent form for us  • Then come visit us for the medical • Give yourself plenty of time to locate us, find parking and relax on our lovely leather Chesterfields • DONT forget to bring your forms and patient summary from your doctor • Bring your passport to validate your ID • Turn up with a full bladder so we can do a urine check. ( We've got a water dispenser in case) • Bring a Chaperone if you wish to have one during the clinical examination • The medical process is normally completed within 1 hr • Leave with your medical certificate and a big smile!
