Admin & Ops Team Operations Manager is designated as the Team Lead for the Admin/Ops Cell Administrative Assistants are assigned at the organizational level Additional team members will be added based on specific criteria Model is tailored to address complexity of organization and mission requirements.

Administrative Requirements Prepare, review, and track official correspondence Maintain Personnel Rosters Provide meeting support General administrative support Consolidate and organize Command Chronology Input Pickup and deliver official government mail Maintain and organize electronic files on the organizational shared drive Maintain electronic calendars for organizational leaders Inventory, stock, and maintain office supplies Develop and maintain email distribution lists Assist in the completion of SAAR forms for contractor access Maintain an organizational chart and table of each organization

Operations Requirements Process and submit facilities requests Assist in the management of MCATS administration Prepare forward deployment packages Provide technical asset management support Assist in the execution and administration of the CMR Provide SharePoint development, administration, and maintenance for organizational sites Maintain the UUNS database tracker system and provide updates Assign Document Numbers for MCSC equipment shipped OCONUS Maintain accountability and in-transit visibility of equipment shipped for OEF Maintain the MCSC deployed status report Assist in coordination of training, or other events
