  2. Long-term goal • To develop a Student- centered learning environment so that students are enthusiastic to learn and draw up their own conclusions of course with me as the teacher being their facilitator

  3. Short term goals • To follow my students’ opinions on my teachings • To use upgrades of textbooks, audio visual and case material • To encourage my students to research online for additional imperative learning

  4. Instructional Strategies and Tasks • I will introduce Interactive instruction strategy so that students can organize their thoughts and develop rational thoughts • I will focus on Direct Instruction strategies for providing information • I will organize debates, peer partner learning, brainstorming activities so that student know that their language abilities are valued • I will break down topics and contents into smaller parts and teach them individually. I will demonstrate charts, pictographs and models

Solutions to Anticipated Challenges • Challenges • Disinterested parents who don’t take active role in their child’s education • I have to face disruptive and bad behavior students inside the classroom • Solutions • I will send weekly newsletters to parents to update them their child’s academic progress. Occasionally Invite them to class to participate in learning activities • I will ask the defiant students to stay after a free period and have a heart-to-heat talk with them and try to counsel them

Parent-Teacher conference A Parent Teacher conference was held this week… Football match Players of grade 7 played defeated Beacon house School this Thursday. A victory party was held by the end of the week too

RESOURCES • To make my teaching skills more productive I would utilize the following resources: • Online Teaching activities and information • Classroom games to develop group dynamism • Photo illustration, video and audio visualization of information • Newspaper articles • Thesaurus and dictionary • Chart papers for demonstration • Other relevant resource books

  9. CONCLUSION Educationists should build the capacities of the spirit of inquiry, creativity, entrepreneurial and moral leadership among students and become their role model. We as the facilitators must ensure our students are free to contribute their thoughts to the world! 
