  2. Responsibilities • Fixed Asset Management for all items over $500 and all electronic items. • Technology Support of computer hardware, software, infrastructure, and network • Audio Video services for Auditorium and Cafeteria, and individual classrooms Abraham Bolden, Technology Coordinator

  3. Fixed Asset Management • Request • Quote • Procurement • Approval • Receipt • Inventory • Assignment • Maintenance • Damage • Theft • Disposal Abraham Bolden, Technology Coordinator

Technology: LAN/WAN Support • Maintain approximately 700 hosts (computers, printers, switches, access points) on the network • Majority of computers(431) are managed in IDS laptop carts (180), ETC (150), Engineering (60), CEO laptop cart (30), Library (26), and Post Secondary (15) • Approximately 52 computers are in Administrative areas, and another 83 in classrooms. • As of 10/22/2010, 133 Staff,1258 Student Users Abraham Bolden, Technology Coordinator
