  5. Acq Demo standards are based on six elements 1. The Position Requirements Document (PRD) – replaces the PD under the GS system 2. The band the job description falls into: N J N K N H 3. The level you fall within the band: I, II, III, IV

  8. It’s not really complicated. Just new. You’ve always had a PD. The PD is associated with what you do. You’ve always had standards to meet.

  9. The standards are the most different. Factors The same 6 for everyone You’ll be evaluated on ALL of them • Problem solving • Teamwork & cooperation • Customer relations • Leadership & supervision • Communications • Resource management

  10. Descriptors These describe contributions FOR EXAMPLE Level II descriptor for Communications* Communicate tasking results at peer levels. Write reports. Present informational briefings. * Edited version

  12. Discriminators Categories in which contributions in each factor are assessed.  • Scope or impact What affect will your contribution have? How hard was it? • Complexity or difficulty How much help did you get ? • Independence • Creativity How original is it?
