Artikel 6:190 1 De aansprakelijkheid, bedoeld in artikel 185, eerste lid, bestaat voor • schade door dood of lichamelijk letsel; • schade door het produkt toegebracht aan een andere zaak die gewoonlijk voor gebruik of verbruik in de privésfeer is bestemd en door de benadeelde ook hoofdzakelijk in de privésfeer is gebruikt of verbruikt, met toepassing van een franchise ten belope van € 500. 2 Het bedrag genoemd in het eerste lid wordt bij algemene maatregel van bestuur aangepast, indien op grond van artikel 18, tweede lid, van de EEG-richtlijn van 25 juli 1985 (PbEG nr. L 210) de in die richtlijn genoemde bedragen worden herzien.
