2. Shopping for Her Sequence 1 Shot Description: Title slide Audio: None Narration: None Sequence 2 Shot Description: Picture of a man giving his wife an anniversary present. Audio: Calm instrumental Narration: It was my 5th anniversary and my husband thought I would like his gift THIS time, but I didn’t. Although it was beautiful, the diamond pendant wasn’t something I would wear.(Oh, and by the way, this picture isn’t of my husband and me, I would never own a beige couch having 2 kids)

3. Sequence 3 Shot Description: Picture of a jeweled sandal. Audio: Calm instrumental Narration: One time, for no special reason, he bought be some jeweled sandals. They were really pretty, but I never wore them because I didn’t feel like I had any outfits that would warrant these quirky sandals. I ended up giving them to Goodwill. Sequence 4 Shot Description: Coach purse Audio: Calm instrumental Narration: Last Christmas, my husband asked what I wanted and I told him a Coach purse. I would never buy myself one and everyone keeps talking about how great they are so I it seemed like a good Christmas gift. What did he do? He took me to the Coach Outlet (of course I would never pay full price) and let me pick one out. It just isn’t the same when you pick it out yourself.

Sequence 5 Shot Description: Picture of stylish women Audio: Calm instrumental Narration: Now that you have a flavor of what gift-giving is like in my house, let me help any guys out there by showing you a place to find gifts that we will love! Sequence 6 Shot Description: Zappos.com logo Audio: Dramatic noise, then silence Narration: Yep, I am talking about shopping on Zappos.com. How can you go wrong? Free next day shipping, free returns and a 365 day return policy! All that and you can do it on the couch in your PJ’s!

Sequence 7 Shot Description: Picture of the Zappos.com home page Audio: Clicking of the keyboard Narration: First, go to the Zappos.com home page and enter “shop by” or “outfit” in the search field. Sequence 8 Shot Description: Shop By home screen Audio: None (possibly upbeat background music) Narration: That will take you to the Shop By home screen. On this page you have a few options for how to shop. You can look at the latest trends, shop by occasion, or just look at some outfits. I always like to shop by “Your Style” so let’s go there.

6. Sequence 9 Shot Description: Picture of the Your Style landing page Audio: None Narration: On this screen you can look at the different images for each style. All you need to do is decide which of these looks closely matches the style of the woman you are shopping for. (match her style, not her looks) Sequence 10 Shot Description: All-American home screen Audio: None Narration: For example, I clicked on the picture of the All-American woman. Here you will find a number of complete outfits to choose from. What’s nice about this way of shopping is that you can get her a complete outfit including shoes and accessories! She will love having an ensemble and she will be impressed by how coordinated everything is!

Sequence 11 Shot Description: Picture of one All-American product page, transition to shoe sizing tool Audio: “I’m Too Sexy For This” by Right Said Fred Narration: After clicking on the picture of the outfit you like best, it will take you to a screen that lists each of the items from the picture on the right side of the page. Here you are able to manipulate the size and in some cases the color of each item (it is not suggested that you change the color, you might just mess it up). Simply scroll down to see all the products. Sequence 12 Shot Description: Tape measure Audio: Background music Narration: Now you are probably thinking, “I have no idea what size she wears, so how am I going to find out”

8. Sequence 13 Shot Description: Show item section of the page Audio: None Narration: It is simple. Women wear different sizes in different styles so here is where you will need to do a little investigating…go in her closet and peek at the size of a shirt, pant, and shoe that have similar styles. For instance, in this picture you see the shoes are peep-toe heels. Go check out what size her existing peep-toe (or closed-toe) heels are. This size would most likely be different than what her running shoes are so that is why it is important to get a similar shoe to reference. Sequence 14 Shot Description: Closer view of All-American product page Audio: None Narration: Once you have selected the appropriate sizes for each item, click the checkbox next to “I Want This!” to indicate that you want to purchase each product

Sequence 16 Shot Description: Checkout page Audio: None Narration: You are almost done! At the bottom on the checkout page click “Proceed to Checkout” Click Here

10. Sequence 17 Shot Description: Checkout page Audio: None Narration: Verify your shipping and payment information (hint: don’t use a card that she has or normally checks the statement for). Sequence 18 Shot Description: Checkout page Audio: None Narration: Then click “Submit My Order” at the bottom of the page to get a confirmation number. You should be excited now because she is going to be so happy!

Sequence 19 Shot Description: Picture of the complete outfit Audio: None Narration: Look at this girl, you can tell that this awesome outfit goes with her personality and she feels like she looks great in it? That is all we want…to feel and look pretty. Sequence 20 Shot Description: Woman with a question mark Audio: None Narration: So, what do you think? Can you do it? I know you can and you should get started right now! My husband does a much better job of shopping for me now that he has some direction. If it can work for him, I know it can work for you!
