Doa • Dengan KS: Lectio Divina: lectio (baca), contemplatio atau meditatio (kontemplasi/meditasi), oratio (doa) • Doa: keterarahan pada Allah, tumbuhnya jiwa dlm mencerna yg baik-benar, hidup batin yg sesuai dengan rahmat yang dimohon • Olah rohani: segala aktivitas doa/rohani, pengolahan hidup, membuat keputusan • Syarat dasar: keterbukaan hati, kerendahan hati jiwa besar & hati rela berkorban • Ingat: proses, bukan jalan instant

  10. Perhatikan & cermati detil • Suasana, langkah (persiapan, pelaksanaan), sarana pendukung • Kesetiaan pada cara & langkah persiapan • Gerak-gerak batin & kecenderungan hati

Refleksi • Menelusuri kembali jejak perjalanan dalam terang pengalaman akan Allah  kenali gerak-gerak batin • Yang lebih penting bukan ‘apa’ (what), tapi ‘bagaimana’ (how) dan ‘mengapa’ (why) • Bukan sekedar perasaan (feeling), tapi desire (id quod vollo)  dorongan kemana? • Sejauhmana rahmat yg dimohon dialami, juga suasana hati saat doa
