  4. Competition: • Samsung: • Vodafone: • Galaxy S: There is a continuous decrease on its sales. Customers are waiting for Samsung Galaxy S2 • Galaxy 3: There is an increase on its sales. Furthermore, sellers promoting it because it has an extra subsidy of 50€ with every new connection or annual renewal. Customers can take it for free with every new connection from Unlimited 60 and more. • There is an incentive program which will last till 31/3/2011. For every store which will increase Samsung’s market share more than 27% of its total sales, every seller of this store will get each a check of 300 €.If there is a tie then the checks will go to the sellers of the store with the bigger market share of Samsung handsets at smartphone category. (Samsung’s percentage at smartphone category must be more than 7% at least in order to get this check.) Every sellers from the first 30 Stores with the bigger number of Sales will get these checks. –This incentive program goes very well. Sellers propose Samsung in every customer. The most popular handset is Galaxy 3 not only because of its price but because of its offer. • Plaisio: • Galaxy S:There is a drop on its sales. Till now Desire HD is their best seller on this price category(Apple iPhone is given only with new connection or annual renewal.) HTC Proprietary and Confidential

Wave 723: There is a steady demand for it cause of its price but not as much as two weeks before. • Galaxy 3:It sells very well as is though as the most economic Android handset (from the well known manufactures). • Cosmote: • Galaxy 3: The drop of its price had as a result an increase on its sales but still X10 Mini and X8 are the best seller handsets at Germanos. • Public: The Samsung’s Trainers promised to every Seller that they will get everyone a new Galaxy S if they increase the total sales of Samsung up to 50%.This happened at Salonica. • Samsung 551: This week we had the launch of Samsung 551in the Market from Cosmote and Vodafone. Till now we haven't met many in the Stores. Wind: • Samsung Wave 2:There is an extra subsidy of 100€ with every new connection from Medium program or more. • Nokia: • Vodafone: • Nokia N8: After the first period with the big demand now there is a big drop in sales. The only reason to buy this phone is only its camera and especially its optics. • Nokia C7: Customers prefer it more than N8 because it has similar specs with N8 but lower price. • Plaisio: • Nokia N8: Same situation with Vodafone. There is a decrease on demand here too. • Germanos: • Nokia N8: Customers don’t prefer it. They think that its too expensive for what it offers. • Nokia C7: There is an extra subsidy of 100€ with every new connection at Germanos and Oteshop Stores. Furthermore, with every new purchase of Nokia C7 from Germanos Stores customers can take a two days stay for two persons. • The Destinations are: Naupaktia, Elati and Elatochori if they want winter holidays or Myconos, Skiathos and Santorini if they prefer Summer holidays. • Till now this isn't communicated enough from Sellers.   7. Wind: • Nokia X2: Customers can take it for free with every new connection with 25€ monthly fee or more. This will last till the end of this month or till the end of Stock. • Nokia X3-02:There is an offer here too. Customers can take it for free with every new connection from Medium program or more. This will last till the end of this moth or till the end of the stock. • LG: • Vodafone: • Optimus 7: Still very poor number of sales. Trophy is thought to have better number of sales than Optimus 7. • Plaisio: • Optimus 7:Same situation with Vodafone. Customers trust more HTC products than LG products. • Germanos: • OptimusOne: Due to the fact that came with Android 2,2 (Froyo) is thought as a good choice. It sales but not as much as X10 Mini and X8 did. • Wind: • OptimusOne:With every new connection from Medium Program and more Optimus one is given for free.   8. Sony Ericsson: • Germanos: • X10 Mini and X8 is their best sellers smartphones in the low price category. Customers buy them cause of their price. • Wind: • X10 Mini is given for free with every new connection from Medium Program and more. • Vodafone: • Only X10 and X8 are available for Sale.X8 is given for free with every new connection from Unlimited 70 and more. • Multirama: • X10:We had a drop on its price from 497€ to 349€.Till now it didn’t sell very much. • Motorola: • Germanos: • Defy: There is an extra subsidy of 50€ with every new connection with 25€ monthly fee or more. • Wind: • Defy: There is an extra subsidy of 100€ with every new connection from Medium program or more.   9. Apple iPhone: • Vodafone:There are not many available devices especially at 16GB where is the bigger demand. Extra subsidy in new connections and revenues help them to promoting it easier than other phones. • Cosmote:They have lack of stock as far as it concerns the iPhone 4 with 16 GB Internal Disk. • Germanos:They have more available quantities than Cosmote Stores. They promoting it more than any other smartphone. Extra subsidy in new connections and revenues help them to promoting it easier than other phones. They face problems with stock too(16 GB only). • Wind: There are some information (unofficial till now) that Wind will launch iPhone 4 officially from the beginning of March. • Apple iPad: • The launch of iPad was not as successful as it was expected to be. HTC Products: • Wildfire: We have a drop on its Sales (especially at Vodafone-mostly- and Plaisio) but still is thought as a strong player on its price category. • Desire HD: There is a drop on its sales cause the new price of Desire. • Desire: We have an increase on its sales in retail. Mostly at Plaisio. • Desire Z: There is not big demand about it. It was promoted more at Plaisio Stores(Sellers referred us that now they are out of stock). • Legend: Only some in Multirama and Wind Stores have some stock. • HD7: People find it quite expensive considering the specifications and the price of Desire HD. • Mozart: Same situation with the previous week. Even till now Germanos haven't sent any shipments of Mozart units to the Stores. It is available only after an order to their central warehouse. • Trophy: We have a steady situation on its sales mostly because the lack of Greek language. HTC Proprietary and Confidential
