  2. rampart (noun) • ram·part/ˈramˌpärt/ • 1.A defensive wall of a castle or walled city, having a broad top with a walkway and typically a stone parapet. • 2.A defensive or protective barrier. • Synonyms: bulwark - bastion - wall • Because of the rampart surrounding the village, the families were able to escape through a secret passage with seconds to spare.

  3. sedentary (adjective) • sed·en·tar·y/ˈsednˌterē/Adjective: • 1.(of a person) Tending to spend much time seated; somewhat inactive. • Synonyms: inactive – idle – sluggish – torpid • Elra found out that her sedentary lifestyle was the culprit of the daily health issues.
