College Admission Process Universities admit students based on Three years of high school coursework and cumulative GPA Currently enrolled senior year courses Course rigor – Honors, AP, IB, Cambridge etc., Standardized test results – ACT or SAT Admission decisions are always provisional, and may be revoked if the student does not satisfactorily complete the high school (senior year).   8. Dual Enrollment What is dual enrollment: Get high school and college credit at the same time! Eligibility: Current Miami Dade County public schools, private, charter schools, or home school students The credits that students earn at MDC count toward high school graduation and can be applied to a college degree or certificate.
