  1. Chupa Chups Inspired Cocktails Although kids love the taste of Chupa Chups, they are not exclusive to our younger generation. However, when it comes to Chupa Chups, Australia adults can make them into a more sophisticated treat with these inspired cocktails. This range of cocktails takes the flavour of Chupa Chups to a whole new level, and they are perfect for serving at parties, gatherings or other special occasions. You can retain that touch of youth to your cocktails by using a lolly instead of a boring plastic stick as a stirrer. Citrus Blast: This cocktail takes its inspiration from the lemon, orange, and lemon lime lollies. It can be teamed with any of these flavours as a stirrer, so pick your favourite. If you want to make an even more attractive cocktail, you could crush up a lolly and coat the rim of your highball glass. You will need: 40 millilitres of orange vodka 20 millilitres of cinnamon syrup 40 millilitres of lime juice 150 millilitres of fresh orange juice Ice Simply juice your lime and orange and add to the remaining ingredients in a shaker. Shake well and pour into your highball glass. Serve with a little crushed ice. This recipe is easy to scale, so you could also make it in larger batches to serve as a punch at your party. Just remember to garnish your punch bowl with plenty of Chupa Chups lollies. Cola Chupa Chups: As the name suggests, this cocktail is inspired by the classic cola flavoured lolly. However, the cocktail breaks down the flavour into a complex and sophisticated treat. You will need: 30 millilitres of white rum 30 millilitres of apple schnapps 15 millilitres of cranberry juice A dash of Angostura bitters

  2. Put the ingredients, apart from the bitters into your cocktail shaker with some ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Add your dash of bitters to taste. Ice Cream Creme Brulee Martini: This cocktail is almost the perfect liquid alternative to the Ice Cream Creme Brulee lolly. It is delightfully sweet and complex. Just take care, as it may taste like a lolly, but it still packs a punch. 30 millilitres of vanilla vodka 30 millilitres of Kahlua or coffee liqueur 45 millilitres of milk 45 millitres of single cream Put all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker with some ice and shake very vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a little sugar and cocoa powder. Cherry Ice Cream Kick This cocktail tastes almost identical to the Cherry Ice Cream Chupa Chups, except that there is a nice alcohol kick. You will need: 60 millilitres of cream liqueur 30 millilitres of single cream 30 millilitres of cherry brandy Throw all of your ingredients into a cocktail shaker will some ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass which has been chilled. If you love the taste of Chupa Chups and fancy trying these inspired cocktails, contact us.
