Good Pre-Production Processes Help To Ensure Success For All Involved Those who work in the entertainment industry such as performers, actors, dancers, models and others that make their living by offering certain creative qualities, understand that their industry or profession will always have their own requirements and certain qualities that they look for in those that they employ. A good example, for instance, refers to actors, agencies and casting. Of course casting is a specific process whereby the best actors for specific parts are chosen for film, TV and theatre work, just as a dancer or other entertainer is chosen for their abilities. The actor, the production firm and talent manager or agency all play their part in this process. A good talent agency finds their actors and entertainers great jobs, the actors – even when they do not land a specific part – are introduced to the right people, and the producers are offered the best opportunity to find the actors that they are after.
