Optimizing Utilization of Naphtha Based on Molecular Scale Management • Naphtha is separated into the desorption oil rich in normal hydrocarbons and the raffinate oil rich in non normal hydrocarbons through the Fixed-bed Adsorption process(MSFA) using 5A Molecular Sieves. • The utilization efficiency of naphtha was evidently improved by using the MSFA desorption oil as the steam cracking feed and the MSFA raffinate oil as the catalytic reforming feed or the blending component of the high octane number clean gasoline. 1000t/a Pilot plant adsorption columns
