Specifications • First of its kind affordable tiny cell phone medical alertpendant with self-contained microphone & speaker for two-way voice communication with call center • One button press for help- no false alerts, user will press button for 3 seconds to initiate two way voice call • Dimensions- H 1.75, L 1.75 inches, W 1.25 ounces • Waterproof rating- IPX4- good for shower • Battery- lithium, 400 mAh, rated two months betweencharges, device is off until button is pressed • Tracking- Uses the most sophisticated/accurate location system, U-TDOA for tracking within 50 feet either indoors or outdoors • Unlike other medical alert devices it works both in the home and outside anywhere in the US where there is cell phone coverage. Features • Self diagnostic testing for worry-free use • The eResponder emergency cell phone will perform a self diagnostic which includes cell tower strength and battery every 24 hours. • When testing the Lithium battery, if it’s drained to a 40% level then automatically the circular LED light around the panic button will turn flashing red, which will remind the user to charge the cell phone. • At the same time the battery level will be sent to the call center. • This feature gives peace of mind to the user never having to worry if the unit is charged. It will take approximately two hours to fully charge. • The eResponder will last two months between charges. eResponder with key chain connector LED light is red to remind the user to charge the cell phone

  6. U-TDOA Tracking System eResponder user 3 way call 911 Securus Call Center If the user doesn’t know their location, a 3 way call is created between the Securus call center, the user, and 911. The user can be tracked through the U-TDOA network and help will be sent. Securus call center stays on the call, to confirm that the user has received proper emergency help. Monitoring by Caregiver • Caregiver may check on the location of their the eCare+Voice user by using the Securus web-based application, by sending a text message, or with a smart phone • Works with any Apple, Android, or BlackBerry Smart Phone • Caregiver will get low battery alerts & power off alerts via email & text • On-Demand Locates: Click “Find Now” and see • the real time location of the e Care Voice user

  11. Inductive Charging The back of the eCare+Voice has inductive charging with no special adaptor needed. The user may simply place the unit on a charging pad for no hassle charging. We recommend that the pad is placed on their bed stand for easy access. Low battery alerts may be sent to caregiver and user via text messages/emails
