  4. Academic Literature What is a Research Article? A person’s or groups original research. They are often divided into the following sections: • Abstract • Introduction • Method • Results • Discussion & Conclusion In general journal articles are very specific and hard to understand. You will probably need other literature to understand them. • Review Articles • Books • Encyclopaedias Cell biology and genetics
