  1. LCC PMAD Encounter Form When you see your patients for the first time using Centricity, how will you bring in their problems, medications, allergies and advance directives?

  2. LCC PMAD Encounter Form The Lost Creek Consulting PMAD Encounter Form and associated programs resolve that issue for you.

  3. Select your patient

  4. Select Update

  5. Select PMAD Encounter Type

  6. Select OK

  7. The PMAD Encounter Form will appear

  8. Select LCC Import Data

  9. Problems on left auto-selected to import from encounter form program; problems on right are already in C-EMR database

  10. Select >> import key

  11. PMAD takes you to the Medications tab

  12. Uncoded entries in pink can be manually edited after import

  13. Select >> import key

  14. PMAD takes you to the Allergies tab

  15. Uncoded entries in pink can be manually edited after import

  16. Select >> import key

  17. PMAD takes you to the Directives tab

  18. Select >> import key

  19. You can select each tab to verify imports.

  20. When finished, select Import

  21. The PMAD Encounter Form displays your imports

  22. SelelctAdd All Note Translations

  23. Select Close

  24. All imported data now displays in the C-EMR chart

  25. Imported data also populates the C-EMR flow sheets
