  2. “The one who breaks open will come up before them; they will break out, pass through the gate, and go out by it; their king will pass before them, with the LORD at their head.” Micah 2:13

  3. I. THE ANSWER TO THE NEEDS OF THE KERN RIVER VALLEY IS FOUND ABOVE THE CLOUDS, NOT BENEATH IT. “Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”

THE ANSWER TO THE NEEDS OF THE KERN RIVER VALLEY IS FOUND ABOVE THE CLOUDS, NOT BENEATH IT. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the ruler of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heaven places.” Eph 6:12

  5. I. THE ANSWER TO THE NEEDS OF THE KERN RIVER VALLEY IS FOUND ABOVE THE CLOUDS, NOT BENEATH IT. “Though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.” II Cor 10:3-6

  6. II. THE ANSWER TO THE NEEDS OF THE KERN RIVER VALLEY IS FOUND IN GOD’S POWERFUL PERSON, NOT IN OUR PRESISTENT PRESSING. • Breakthrough is something that we cannot achieve on our own. It requires divine intervention. • Only the supernatural intervention of God can break through impenetrable gates in order to enter new territories and new places. Then and only then will we achieve God’s will on earth as it is in the Heavenlies.

THE ANSWER TO THE NEEDS OF THE KERN RIVER VALLEY WILL BE FOUND IN THE CHURCH ON ITS KNEES! • We are to break out of small, material mindedness and human thinking and enter into the mind and plans of God. God has put His Holy Spirit within us to empower us with the ability to break through every wall, every hindrance and every obstacle.

  8. III. THE ANSWER TO THE NEEDS OF THE KERN RIVER VALLEY WILL BE FOUND IN THE CHURCH ON ITS KNEES! • We touch base with Him when our schedule allows, rather than our allowing Him to set our schedule. Prayer is not only the lost art of the Church; it is the lost heart of the Church. We fail to repent; therefore we continue to repeat the same problems and pitfalls which the devil places in our paths.

  9. IV. THE ANSWER TO THE NEEDS OF THE KERN RIVER VALLEY WILL DEMAND A PRICE! • Fear must be overcome; bold action, faith and perseverance will be required; our previous perceptions and control must be released; God’s character and will must be embraced with total abandonment.

  10. IV. THE ANSWER TO THE NEEDS OF THE KERN RIVER VALLEY WILL DEMAND A PRICE! • We must reclaim our right to being a solution to society’s problems, rather than adding to the problem itself. • We must recapture the spirit of evangelism as our greatest priority.

  11. IV. THE ANSWER TO THE NEEDS OF THE KERN RIVER VALLEY WILL DEMAND A PRICE! • We must return to our dependence on the supernatural and be willing to let God do it as He wishes. • We must experience the deliverance which only God can provide in changing lives and raising up mature men and women who walk victoriously IN HIM.

  12. “And it shall come to pass in that day, that the enemy’s burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” Isaiah 10:27 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, that you should not be their slaves; I have broken the bands of your yoke and made you walk upright.” Leviticus 26:13

  13. “For it shall come to pass in that day,’ says the Lord of Hosts, ‘That I will break his yoke from your neck, and will burst your bonds; foreigners shall no longer enslave them.” Jeremiah 30:8 “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” (I Timothy 1:7)
