  5. What is CEP? A participating CEP club will: • examine their community’s needs • analyze their membership experience • locate resources • develop action plans *CEP is a flexible workshop process dedicated toward club improvement. *Participants develop and implement action plans.

  12. How to schedule a CEP Workshop • Contact either your GMT or GLT district coordinator to express interest in a workshop --they will find a facilitator for you and help you complete the application, • Have signed application submitted to LCI

  20. Before the workshop begins • Submit the application • Be excited about what you’ll learn. • Be open to hearing from members and community about Lions. • Expect to be guided by a facilitator and to be talking with club members and community about the club experience
