  2. KLASIFIKASI BAKTERI BERDASAR KEBUTUHAN O2 1. BAKTERI AEROB: butuh O2 sbg penerima elektron akhir, tgt adanya sist.sitokrom Co.: Nocardia , Pseudomonas, Bacillus 2. BAKTERI ANAEROB OBLIGAT: tdk butuh O2, tdk punya sist.sitokrom Co.: Bacteroides, Clostridium.

  3. 3. BAKTERI ANAEROB FAKULTATIF: dpt hidup dng & tanpa O2. Co.: Streptococcus, E.coli. 4. BAKTERI MIKROAEROFILIK: butuh O2 sbg aseptor elektron akhir dng kadar ttt, tdk dpt tumbuh pd permukaan media padat dlm udara, Co.: Haemophillus, Campylobacter, Helicobacter

  4. BAKTERI ANAEROB DLM ARTI KLINIK • Cenderung infeksi campuran aerob & anaerob • Berhub. Dng bag.mukosa  ada jar.nekrosa • Membtk infeksi tertutup  abses terbatas / dlm lap.jaringan. • Nanah / eksudat berbau busuk • Endokarditis steril • Pembtkan gas • Infeksi didukung kurangnya suplai darah (jar.nekrosa & tek. O2)  peredaran obat terhambat

  5. DIAGNOSA LAB. • Gejala klinik: infeksi anaerob. • Kultur anaerob hrs memenuhi syarat: -pengambilan aspirasi anaerob dng syringe  jarum ditutup karet steril -transportasi  maks. 1 jam • Media pertumb.: thioglikolat, tarozi, brucela darah. • Pemeriksaan langsung: gram

  6. Hasil pengecatan Gram: basil : B.fragilis, Prevotella Gram - kokus: Veilonella Basil: Lactobacillus, Eubacterium Gram + Kokus: Peptostreptococcus • Cara Inkubasi: 1. Sist. Sungkup anaerob + gas pak 2. Sist. Sungkup evacuation / replacement 3. Anaerob glove box.

  7. CLOSTRIDIUM • Mikroskopik : batang, gram +. Membtk spora • Sp. Yg penting: C.tetani, C.botulinum, C.perfringens, C.difficile.

  8. Morfologi • Koloni: Bulat • Warna : putih • Permukaan: rata
