Mostrará, como ciudad moderna, unos escenarios con diseños futuristas y pensados para lograr la excelencia deportiva, y un entorno urbanístico propio de las grandes capitales del mundo.

  5. Comunicaciones Acciones académicas para 2009 Están proyectados cinco eventos académicos internacionales. Marzo 3 y 4: Seminario Internacional Juegos Suramericanos, Equidad, Género y actividad física. Junio 17 y 18: Seminario Internacional Juegos Suramericanos y Juventud. Agosto 12 y 13: Seminario Internacional Juegos Suramericanos y Política Pública (deporte y SIDA, deporte y poblaciones vulnerables). Octubre 12 y 13: Seminario Internacional Juegos Suramericanos y Periodismo Deportivo. Noviembre 11 y 12: Seminario Internacional Juegos Suramericanos, Medio Ambiente y deporte.
