Your Event(s) and Competition Classes which are based on age. 2 - Select COMPETITION CLASSES    Open   30-39   40-49   50+ (Any participant may select the Open Class) 3 – Build Your Team Representing your company Online Create your Team &Follow the step by step process. Pause & resume your registration at anytime. An email confirmation will be sent on completion or Download the Entry Form Fill the form including all your team’s details and return the paper duly completed with the payment. A confirmation will be sent by letter or email 4 - Enter 5 – Receive your Registration Guide • Before the Games you will receive a personal Registration Guide which includes • your ID details • your First Start Time(s) • information on the Games Celebrations.

  14. And you are part of it 6 – Registration at the Games • Athletes must Register in person at the SuperCentre with • their Registration Guide • a passport size photo • to receive their ID, a Games Souvenir Programme and the Competition Details.
