History of Creation . 2001 The new scientific-research laboratory “Monitoring and Management of QA in EKSTU” 2002-2003 Realization of “Creation of regional system of monitoring (estimation) and management by QA of engineering, Technical, Economical, professional technical and secondary education of Educational Institutions” ” 2004 Beginning of QA system management in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 2006 QAM Certification in the EKSTU, Certificate № 20688 from 21 March 2006. Approved by NQA GLOBAL ASSURANGE (the UK). 1. Realisation of Kaidzen Strategy of successful changes 2. Implementation of tests of final level of knowledge as an element of monitoring of product quality 3. Successful approval of recertified audits 4. Participation at the conferences, seminars and exhibitions on QA problems of HEIs 2007-2008

  12. Оценка деятельности ВКГТУ на соответствие стандартам Последний надзорный аудит был проведен в период с 26 по 28 марта 2008 года. Комментарии группы аудиторов: «Вуз поддерживает в рабочем состоянии СМК, улучшает ее результативность, сохраняет целостность. В вузе успешно развиваются инновационное образование и инновационная инфраструктура, формируется корпоративная культура, новая система управления».

  13. Оценка деятельности ВКГТУ на соответствие стандартам • ВКГТУ подал заявку от 12.11.2007 г. на проведение институциональной аккредитации в НАЦ МОН РК. • По итогам конкурса «За достижения в области качества»- 2008 ВКГТУ был отмечен благодарностью руководителя Администрации Президента А. Мусина.

Разработка и издание инструктивных и информационно-аналитическихматериалов • Документы СМК: Руководство по качеству, Положение о Координационном совете по СМК ВКГТУ, Положение о представителе руководства по качеству, Карта процессов, Структура ВКГТУ, Документированные процедуры. • Информация о работе ЦМК размещена на сайте ВКГТУ • Изданы статьи в региональных и зарубежных СМИ • В коллективной монографии «Трансформация технического Вуза в инновационный университет: методология и практика» имеется раздел, посвященный реинженерингу вуза, включая СМК.

  15. Организация обучения ППС университета по СМК • Внутривузовские семинары по СМК – 395 слушателей; • Семинары «Интерсертифика – Центр Азия» - 9 человек; • Семинары МОН РК – 3 человека • Robert Gordon University – 1 человек • Международное агентство качества TUV CERT, Интерсертифика Р – 1 человек

  17. Внешний бенчмаркинг • участие в конкурсе «Лучший преподаватель-2008», • участие в генеральном рейтинге Вузов Республики Казахстан, • участие в различных конкурсах, • итоги ПГК, • сотрудничество с зарубежными Вузами и использование их опыта.
