BOOKING 時間 : 請於訂單規定的交貨期前7天至10天向APLL簽訂船位. 所需文件 : 1.S/O : S/O 上的資料包括 PO, STYLE, REF NO., CBM, 訂單交貨期及預計貨物進倉日 期, …(附表一) ***出口旺季約於每年的七/八/九月, 船公司艙位需事先做安排分配及做不同尺寸貨櫃的需求 調度, 屆時請各出口廠商提早兩個星期與 APLL 聯絡預定艙位. 2.清關文件 : 遞交一正三副的出口文件連同 S/O交予 APLL 審核, 其中文件 VISA最遲必須在貨物進倉前 交予 APLL. 3.驗貨報告 : INSPECTION CERTIFICATE 貨物完成驗貨或後由 KMART簽發之驗貨報告需立即且不能晚於訂單交貨期內傳真給 APLL, I/C 視同貨物出口必要文件之一. 4.裝櫃明細 : CONTAINER LOAD PLAN (附表二) CY整櫃出口(即工廠拖櫃), 裝櫃清單最遲於貨物完成裝櫃並拖運至指定船公司貨櫃場 時, 即將此出口必要之文件傳真給 APLL. MINIMUM VENDOR LOAD REQUIREMENTS: 40’HQRD 54CBM 40’8’6 56CBM 40’HQ 64CBM 45’9’6 73CBM [二]. 安排船期 : APLL 根據各廠商的出貨資料及出口文件經24小時審核無誤後, 會告知各廠商正確船期,S/O#, 及確認 併裝貨是否可以投單. 如廠商出口文件與 KMART提供出口資料不一致時 (如HTS#, CAT#, QUANTITY, LATE/EARLY SHIPMENT) APLL 會先與KMART 確認, 一旦出口資料更正 無誤後APLL 會通知正確 的出口船期

  4. KMART台灣出口作業/文件流程- Page2 [三]. 進倉日 : 廠商應在KMART的訂單交貨期內(SHIP DATE)運送貨物至指定貨櫃場. [四]. EXPORTABLE DATE: 文件收件日: APLL收到正確完整的出口文件包括Inspection Certificate 及 Container Load Plan (CY拖櫃) 進倉日 : 廠商完成最後一箱貨物進倉的時間. 上列兩個日期依日期最晚者作為Cargo Receipt 的Exportable Date. 此日期須絕不可晚於訂單交貨期. [五]. 短裝 / 溢裝, 及才數變動 : 如有任何增加或減少須及早通知APLL, 否則會影響併櫃計劃, 如果數量的變動沒有得到KMART 的同意 甚而會遭致退關. [六]. 收貨單(APLL Cargo Receipt) 出口廠商可於貨物裝船後(船開當天起)向APLL繳交各項費用(明細如附件三)以換取APLL的Cargo Receipt (APLL的 Cargo Receipt正本只有一份).
