  1. Gary Guion has an entrepreneurial history in the real estate business.

  2. Gary Guion has an entrepreneurial history in the real estate business. When he was in junior high he started a landscaping company. He went on to graduate from the McComb School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and soon after was hired by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC. He only stayed there for two years before his entrepreneurial spirit forced him to leave and start a paving company that before long merged with a larger company. He stayed with the combined companies for another short two years before leaving for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP to experience some of the real estate investment banking business.

  3. He found a partner to buy multifamily assets in Texas, ultimately acquiring about 5,000 units or $200 million worth in Texas and surrounding states. Guion is optimistic about the future and believes that his firm will continue to grow and continue to give. He is a firm believer in helping the needy and the underprivileged and feels that each of us can save this world in our own way. Working hard and giving back to the community is what has made him a successful and respectable entrepreneur. Gary Guion is the President of GGFH Holdings, Inc. He was born in 1976 and currently lives in Dallas with his wife and young son.

  4. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. Eventually, I left that partnership and started a small family office called GGFH Holdings, Inc. We currently back one real estate firm and a construction company. Through these ventures we have completed 8 transactions in real estate and have completed over $10 million in construction.

  5. My management style has always been very hands on when the timing is right, but I also allow others the time they need to make their own informed decisions. With the employees that I currently have, I am rarely needed except for high level decision making as an advisor to the business.
