The Real World… what are you doing? • Partnership program that encourages FAMILIES to plan for Life after High School & Financing their Dreams. • 9th Year of the Program – Volunteer based • Education Forums (Students Grades 7-12 & their Parents)Workshops focusing on College, Career, Finances & Transition • Portfolios – “Brag About Me” booklet • To prepare students in managing their paperwork needed for SCHOLARSHIP & College applications in their Senior Year

  3. Portfolio Transition Tool for a Student PCSPOSITIVE CHANGE OF SCHOOL To organize & compile a students educational history.

  4. Assembly • Start with a 3 Ring Binder Notebook • On Cover sheetLabel with STUDENT NAME , SCHOOL, Graduation Year • Then Label the 10 TABS
