  2. I've got it all under control! • Forest managers do controlled burns to regulate dry land. • Not only are controlled burns for burning woods but they are also for burning houses. Usually or condemned ones. • For decades, people have been fighting fire with fire. It is called controlled burning.

  3. Fire Investigator • Fire investigators do the following but are not limited to the following. the evaluation of the origin of the incident; the evaluation of the source of ignition for the incident. A fire investigator can be qualified as an expert witness in federal courts, state courts, municipal courts and at administrative law hearings.

  4. School Work • Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, Fire and Safety Engineering Technology • Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) • Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) • Certified Fire Investigation Instructor (CFII)

  5. Salary • A fire investigator makes around $16,000 to $40,000 dollars a year. • In fire investigation there are many fields of work. For example you can be a professor, a field worker (Out in the city invetigating recent fires) and a lab scientists. • It all depends on how educated you are to see how much money you will make.

  6. Please help Rosebay! • A fire investigator can help Rosebay because they do controlled burns. Fire investigators are also called fire managers. Fire managers control controlled burns. • Controlled burns can Prevent Rosebay from having a forest fire. A controlled burn will burn the underbrush and control future fires.
