  3. History The Rosado Family has 30 years experience in the food catering business specialized in the Authentic Latin Cuisine, staring with Dona Lucy of Puerto Rico & Dona Dora of Cuba. Both Families joint forces with the marriage of Mickey & Doris Rosado; delivering a one punch knock out to the Latin traditional culinary taste buts in America, USA.
