  2. Purpose: The purpose of the AGC Children in the Classroom and on Campus Policy Committee is to review the existing GRCC Policy and make recommendations for improvements.

  4. Process: Team Members reviewed existing document. Team Members had discussions with colleagues about current document. Benchmarked our policy with the policy of GVSU (they do not have a policy but are currently in the process of establishing one.

  5. Under Procedures change (2-11-14) Dean of Student Affairsto Director of Student Life and Conduct No other recommendations have been made. Recommendation

  6. 1. Final Policy will be presented to AGC on March11, 2014 with any changes. 2. AGC will vote on Policy, March 11, 2014 Next Steps
