Electronic signatures for PCT e-filing • Alphanumeric or text string signature: /John Doe/ • Facsimile signature: scanned signature (.tif , .jpg) • Advanced digital signature: WIPO CA Digital Certificates • Signature: can be used to sign the request form • Security: used to ensure secure transmission to the receiving Office
