  3. Dr Anthony is the founder of the Little Hands, Big Hearts Organization, and is a specialist in Children’s Trauma and Recovery. Dr Anthony has been a vital part of our team since 2021, and a vital part of our international field work.

  4. Eric has more than 20 years’ experience in Africa after serving as a missionary to Kenya and overseer of children homes. He’s also having extensive knowledge of business operations in Kenya.

  5. Jocelyne Wright-McLemore has had over 30 years of experience working across various industries including real estate, shipping, financial services and technology with experience in operations, accounting, and human resources.

  6. Michael has more than 30 years experience as a missionary to Africa and Central America. During this time he has traveled throughout East Africa, planting churches, speaking at conferences, and providing oversight and leadership to those churches.

  7. PATRICIA WRIGHT Co-founder and Women's Empowerment Director Patricia has more than 30 years’ experience serving as a missionary. She gained great insight as a missionary wife, mother, and teacher while living and serving in East Africa for 8 ½ years.

  8. Yira was born in Managua, the capital of Nicaragua. She’s a wife, mom, sister and more importunately, Yira has a deep- rooted faith and love in Jesus. In her spare time, she loves to hike, quilt and jigsaw puzzles.
